We provide professional consulting services in the field of go-to-market strategy and sales process. These services include but are not limited to advisory sessions, strategic planning, and implementation support.

4. Account Registration and Requirements

When creating an account on our website, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.

5. Payments and Billing

We operate on fee structures that include but are not limited to flat rate, hourly rate, project-based, and retainer basis. Specific payment terms related to our Services will be outlined in individual service agreements or project contracts.

Payments are due upon receipt of invoice or as otherwise specified in the contract. Overdue payments may result in the suspension of ongoing services.

All materials provided by us, including tools, templates, and methodologies, are the proprietary property of Conscientious Capitalists LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use these materials except as permitted by a specific agreement with us.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, client data, and trade secrets confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Conscientious Capitalists LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
